30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Amara subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
7-day free trial (annual plan)
Annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial from the "Manage subscription" link in your account and you will not be charged. If your trial converts to a paid annual subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies from the date of that first charge.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@breatheamara.com with your order details, or sign in to your account and use the "Manage subscription" link. We will respond as quickly as we can, usually within 2 business days.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your subscription will be canceled and your access to premium features will end at the close of the refunded period. You may continue using any free-tier features available at that time.
